1. When cooking milk with cornstarch, it tends to stick to the pot easily. Be sure to stir constantly. Using a non-stick pan is preferable. Do not cook for too short a time, otherwise, the starch in the milk paste won't be cooked thoroughly, resulting in a raw starch taste in the fried fresh milk, affecting the taste.
2. After pouring the milk paste into the mold, cover the surface of the milk paste with plastic wrap, instead of sealing the plastic wrap on the surface of the mold.
3. If you like coconut milk, you can also replace half of the milk with coconut milk for a more unique flavor.
