Scan the QR code in WeChat to follow "Smart Business Academy".

User authentication — one-time verification
For Teachers:
If the phone number or email registered in the whitelist is linked to WeChat, there is no need for one-time verification. You can use "Smart Wuxi Business Academy" after following.
If there's an error message during verification, please contact the IT Management Office.
For Students:
After following, you need to bind your identity. Follow the instructions on the following interface, link it with your student ID, then you can truly start using "Smart Wuxi Business Academy".
1. After following, users will receive identity verification information;
3. Email or mobile number can be used for verification; the email or mobile number must match the information in the whitelist to pass verification.
Note: 1. The email must be the school's campus email (format: studentID@stu.wxic.edu.cn).
2. If you can't follow the WeChat enterprise account due to an incorrect mobile number, you can use the "Mobile Number Modification" application on the Wuxi Business Vocational College service platform. The modified mobile number will take effect the next day, and you can successfully follow. (https://ca.wxic.edu.cn/safe/safeSet.jsp?menu=6)
4. Upon successful verification, you can join "Smart Wuxi Business Academy" and use relevant functions.

Main Interface of "Smart Wuxi Business Academy" Enterprise Account
When you lose an item, click the "+" icon on the "Lost Items" page to post information about the lost item. After filling in the information, publish it, or search on the "Found Items" page.
When you find an item, click the "+" icon on the "Found Items" page to post information and wait for the owner to contact you.
If you encounter issues with incorrect mobile numbers while following "Smart Wuxi Business Academy", you can follow the above steps to modify your mobile number.

第一步：登录智慧商院平台
访问学校主页 www.wxic.edu.cn，点击“智慧商院门户”
支持的浏览器：火狐、谷歌、Opera、Safari、qq、搜狗浏览器
第二步：修改手机号
登录后，选择“主页”图标
点击“修改手机号”应用
第三步：发布招领启事
重新输入手机号并验证
加入“商院失物招领维权中心”QQ群：
在群内发布丢失或拾取物品信息
工作人员将整理信息至“智慧无锡商院”平台
提示：
丢失物品后，立即前往宿管站查看
若找不到，再使用上述方法寻找
