披萨尺寸疑云：烤箱缩水说被质疑

近日，张先生在美团平台上的“芝根芝底披萨·意面（瑞谷中心店）”订购了一份9英寸的双拼组合披萨。到货后，张先生发现披萨远小于自己预期的9英寸尺寸。
尺寸对比
张先生以自己在国外留学期间对披萨的熟悉程度为参考，认为商家送来的披萨尺寸与他认知中的6英寸更相近。他用尺子测量后发现，披萨的实际直径仅为18厘米，明显小于9英寸（22.86厘米）的标准尺寸。
商家说法
面对张先生的质疑，商家解释称，送来的披萨经过烤制后会产生缩水。张先生表示自己对烤制披萨有一定经验，从未遇到过缩水如此明显的现象。
测量质疑
商家进一步质疑张先生使用的尺子存在问题，称其为“量衣服的尺子”，刻度不准确。张先生为此专门购买了一把新的卷尺进行对比，发现新旧两把尺子的刻度完全一致，均显示披萨直径为18厘米。
换尺子对比
张先生的坚持迫使商家提供了自己的尺子。令人意外的是，商家的尺子和张先生的尺子刻度也完全一致。这进一步证明商家“尺子有问题”的说法站不住脚。
商家建议
商家在沟通中表示，他们店里的披萨烤出来都会有一定程度的缩水，并建议张先生可以点其他家的披萨对比一下。
张先生较真
虽然商家已经退款，但张先生出于较真的态度，仍然希望讨回公道。他认为商家烤箱缩水的说法缺乏依据，并要求商家拿出证据证明他们的披萨尺寸符合标准。

Downsizing or Delivery Mistake?
The "Chez Grain Grain Pizza Pasta (Ruigu Center Branch)" is located at 7 Tianjin Cheng， Cangqian Street， Yuhang District. The shop is small， with packaging materials scattered on the floor.
The staff member informed us that the manager was unavailable. After contacting the store manager， the staff member retrieved a measuring tape from a drawer.
Chez Grain Grain Pizza Pasta Hangzhou Ruigu Center Branch Staff：“Let's measure it，but the measuring tape for fabric is incorrect.”
张先生：“Oh， it seems that our sizes are the same. There doesn't appear to be any difference.”
Subsequently， the staff member put the measuring tape away. He explained that the store is a franchise and uses standardized molds for baking pizzas. The store offers three sizes of pizza: 7， 9， and 12 inches， each with a different packaging box. For the 9-inch pizza， the mold has a diameter of approximately 24 centimeters. When making the pizza， they fill the mold with the dough.

芝根芝底披萨意面杭州瑞谷中心店 黄店长：“正常缩水不可能缩这么多。（记者：为什么会有这个情况？）我新来的。（张先生：这个是谁回复的？把他找出来，跟我对质。）另一个店长。（记者：正常缩水应该是多少？）一两厘米左右，但这个明显不正常，有没有可能7（英）寸的拿成9（英）寸的？（张先生：应该不会，因为我这里问是送错了吗，他这里回答，确实是大一号的。）”
7英寸是17.78厘米，跟当时张先生买的那个披萨大小确实比较接近。黄店长表示，他们是加盟店，做了也有六七年，发生这样的情况，他表达了歉意。张先生表示，最初只想送错了就换一个，但因为商家的态度，他提了新的诉求。
张先生：“食品安全法退一赔三，不满一千按一千元算。（芝根芝底披萨意面杭州瑞谷中心店 黄店长：我请假时候店里发生了这事。）是我跟美团说才退的。”
按照《食品安全法》第一百四十八条第二款，在“生产不符合食品安全标准的食品或者经营明知是不符合食品安全标准的食品”的情形下，消费者可额外主张赔偿。黄店长表示，这和食品安全无关，没法答应。张先生说，之前也把情况反映给了市场监管部门，工作人员建议走法律途径，他会考虑一下。关于店内的卫生情况，黄店长解释，他们店是最近新搬来的，接下来会注意改进。
