  • Hot pot base 100g
  • Ham 1 stick
  • Kelp 1 piece
  • Tahini sauce 1 spoon
  • White sugar 1 spoon
  • Sesame oil 1 spoon
  • Milk 250ml
  • Beef slices 500g
  • Spring onion
  • Minced garlic 1 teaspoon

Prepare your favorite vegetables and noodles

Stir-fry hot pot base to get the chili oil

Sauté spring onion and garlic to bring out the aroma

Add milk and water to the sautéed ingredients

Bring the broth to a boil, then add the meat and noodles.

Add vegetables

Finally, add sesame sauce, chili oil, white sugar, and sesame oil. Adjust the flavors to your preference.
